The First Edition Lucas County Canine Care & Control dog paintings were created on August 2, 2017 at the shelter by LC4 dogs up for adoption. Bullseye, Chelsey, Daisy, Jimmy and Penny provided us with one-of-a-kind art which captures the spirit of every dog looking for their forever home. These creative and loving dogs spent an afternoon playing and painting.
